TMSS Health Research Foundation (THRF) is a dedicated wing within the Grand Health Sector of TMSS, focused on advancing research in the fields of medical and health sciences. Its primary mission is to enhance human resources through comprehensive education, training, policy development and action-oriented research. THRF aims to promote collaboration among researchers, healthcare professionals, and various institutions, including academic organizations, public health agencies, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), international non-governmental organizations (INGOs), and global entities such as various wings of the United Nations.

To cultivate a vibrant, ethical, and collaborative research environment that empowers faculty, students, and healthcare professionals to conduct high-quality, innovative, and relevant research across basic, clinical, public health, and health systems sciences.

- 3. Capacity Building & Training: Develop structured training curriculum and mentorship programs.
- 4. Infrastructure & Resource Management: Maintain research databases and shared resources.
- 5. Promotion, Dissemination & Networking: Organize annual research symposiums and publications.
- 6. Monitoring, Evaluation & Strategic Development: Track performance indicators and conduct strategic reviews.
