(MIS)

Overview :

The Management Information System (MIS) Unit, established on 1^st September 2013 as part of the MIS&D Department, is entrusted with the development of an integrated information system that effectively consolidates data from diverse operational sources within the TMSS Health Sector. The primary objective of this unit is to facilitate informed decision-making, strategic planning, efficient organization, and systematic control across all levels of operation. Core responsibilities of the MIS Unit include comprehensive data management, analytical review, and reporting; the design and standardization of formats and templates; the development of professional PowerPoint presentations; and the management of virtual event platforms and live streaming services. The unit remains committed to delivering relevant, reliable, timely, and action-oriented information to meet both strategic and operational requirements with precision and effectiveness.

Activities:

Preparation of all PP, CP, EOI in the health sector.
Concept paper preparation and development planning.
Communication with donors.
Preparation of all health sector reports.
Preparation of report analyses.
